This is something I made for myself. I had this stone in a box of stones I have collected over the years and I wrapped it with the wire I have been using and added a jump ring and put it on a necklace I already own. I really like it.

Well Christmas is over, so I can finally show off the few presents I made for loved ones :D Everyone loved what they received and I was happy with the outcome too.
Here is a scarf I knit in moss stitch for my friend Sj, who lives up North.
These were for my sister Ali who is 11, I used the wire to make the spirals and some beads, the earring hooks are 925 silver. Ali also got the elephant from a previous post, I added a little heart bead and a pin so it works as a brooch.
This is Ali's cloth bag:

My mam's earrings, which I also made using the wire and silver earring hooks, which she has worn every day since.
Mam also got a cloth bag, with this picture on it;
My dad and 17 year old brother, both got tshirts with the pictures on it. This is dad's;

I've been quite busy the last week, with preparing everything for my families arrival, that making their presents has taken a back seat! I have everything I need, just have to print the pictures out to put on the t-shirts for the guys and the cloth bags for the girls, but while I have perfect characters for the guys and my lil sis, my mother is another story. I don't know if she would appreciate a pagan fairy :S Maybe I could make a stencil of the singer from T.Rex.... hmm

I was passed on a link to this cool site were you can create you own cartoon hero!
I made my own and I printed her out onto transfer paper and then ironed her onto a tshirt! It would have been perfect, but I think
some steam onto the design from the iron, so there are some blotches :(
I have a few pressie ideas for this :D Without the blotches of course.

Well I felt inspired tonight and made a few little things. The first one a dragonfly broach, I made that from a project posted on Cut Out + Keep. I really liked working with the wire, so here's my attempt at a rabbit for my little sister and a wrap bracelet for me. I used to work in Accessorize and I LOVED their version of the little wrap beaded bracelet, I had a pretty black one :) Now I have my own again.
I haven't got the pin for the back yet.
