I was invited to a friends daughters third birthday party yesterday afternoon. For her main present I made the little girl a wooden plaque for her bedroom with her name on. I painted it, glued on her name and used those scratch on images.
My friend is expecting a second child in a few months and has requested another for that daughter, I just hope the name is short too! haha
Another gift I made was a pair of clip on earrings. My friend has mentioned that the play ones she had bought her daughter had broken, so I noted that and made her a pair. I glued two cute buttons together and then glued them onto the clip on backs.
When Emma opened her gifts, she popped the earrings on straight away, I was quite pleased ;)
I began knitting something last week out of boredom and I have no idea what it is. Possibilities are: hot water bottle cover, hat, bag.. who knows I may even frog the lot haha
